Note:  According to Wikipedia, there was controversy in 1996 over the mascot,
The Blue Devils.  In 1999 the name of the mascot became The Jaguars. 
Also, at some point, the school's name was changed to Thomas Jefferson Middle School
and then to its current name, The Jefferson Leadership Academies.
